The gender pay gap has received a lot of media attention in the lead up to the first reporting deadline, and with good reason judging by the number of high profile cases that have been pushed into the spotlight. It’s perhaps slightly disappointing that even those who should know the difference between gender pay and equal pay don’t, but we’re trying to go with the any noise is good noise angle when it comes to the press.
