ProShare Awards 2018 roundup

7 December 2018

Marking the passage of time in the share plans world is easy – when the ProShare Awards come around once again, you know Christmas is nearly here. This year’s event, wonderfully hosted by Gabbi, Zoe and the ProShare team, was just as glitzy as we hoped and served as the perfect kick-off to Christmas party season. Adding an extra layer of charm and wit to proceedings was Vernon Kay who played the role of compere (and willing selfie participant) throughout the evening.

In addition to being a celebration of the industry’s greatest achievements, the ProShare Awards are always an opportunity to meet with friends old and new and Wednesday evening was no exception. We were particularly delighted for the Aviva team (Elena Petrou and Karen Morley) who won Most Effective Use of Technology for their commitment to providing a digital experience for employees. It was also a fruitful night for our table buddies Skyscanner who scooped several awards.

Fortunately, our round-up doesn’t end there. Like all leading award evenings, the hot question on everybody’s lips is “who had the best outfit?”. Well, in an industry first, we have a fashion award of our own to share.

Highly commended

Winner

It will come as no surprise that ProShare’s very own Zoe is the worthy winner of this special award. Here she is ticking two major party trends – leopard print and sequins. A big thank you to ProShare for another great evening. Congratulations to all of our industry clients and friends who came away with a trophy.
